Refund Policy

We value customer satisfaction and transparency. This Refund Policy outlines when and how refunds may be issued.

1. Domain Names

All domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are final and non-refundable.
This is due to real-time processing with registries. Ensure domain names are entered correctly before submission.

2. Hosting Services

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase of any hosting service (shared, VPS, or reseller).
Refund conditions:

  • Must be first-time purchase

  • No violation of our Acceptable Use Policy

  • Request must be submitted in writing

No refunds will be issued after 7 days or for account renewals.

3. Software Licenses and SSL Certificates

SSLs, licenses (e.g., WHMCS, cPanel), and third-party tools are non-refundable once activated or issued. These services are non-transferable and tied to user configurations.

4. Upgrades and Add-ons

Upgrades (e.g., increased bandwidth or space) and add-ons are non-refundable once activated. Please review upgrade options before confirming payment.

5. Service Cancellation

You can cancel any service from your client area. Cancellation stops further billing but does not automatically result in a refund unless within the 7-day refund window.

6. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in account suspension or termination. We encourage you to reach out to [email protected] before raising disputes with your bank or provider.

7. Refund Method

Refunds (if approved) will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Refunds cannot be processed to alternate payment methods or as cash.
