You may cancel services at any time through your client portal. Canceling a service does not guarantee a refund.

When you register a domain through BoraxIP, you agree to the policies set forth by ICANN and any applicable registry. Domain-related data will be shared with registries as required.
Failure to renew a domain may result in loss of ownership. Grace periods and redemption fees may apply.
9. Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms or misuse the services. Upon termination:

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the last 30 days.

14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Legal disputes shall be resolved through the courts located in Kushtia District, Bangladesh.
